About the Role
• Lead high‑profile client engagements, overseeing technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and project metrics. • Identify and secure new business opportunities using industry knowledge and network. • Shape solutions, manage delivery teams and ensure optimal results for clients and the firm. • Advise senior leaders on business transformation and capability development. • Develop and maintain key client relationships. • Represent AMCL as a thought leader at global conferences.

What You Bring
Applicants should have at least five years of experience on asset or infrastructure projects, strong analytical and communication abilities, and a track record of complex problem‑solving in consulting or asset‑intensive organisations. Experience with data analysis, reporting and business‑intelligence tools is required, as is a willingness to travel. A solid academic background in engineering, business or a related field and progress towards the Institute of Asset Management Certificate and Diploma are also expected. • Minimum 5 years experience on asset or infrastructure projects. • Strong analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills. • Proven ability to solve complex problems in consulting or asset‑intensive organisations. • Experience with data analysis and BI tools such as PowerBI. • Willingness to travel to serve clients. • Strong commercial awareness. • Engineering, Business or related degree; progressing towards I‑AM Certificate and Diploma.
