Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, possess at least seven years of experience in a global consumer‑goods manufacturing environment, and have strong analytical skills with tools like OSI‑PI, Seeq, Python, and PowerBI. Six Sigma Black Belt certification, knowledge of environmental regulations, and willingness to travel up to 50% are also required. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. • 7+ years of experience in global, multi‑site consumer‑goods or packaged‑goods manufacturing. • Proficiency with OSI PI, PI Vision, Seeq, Python, PowerBI, and other plant data systems. • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent training. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards. • Ability to travel up to 50% to support segment needs. • Preferred: digital capabilities in data management, analytics, and workflow management; experience in a highly matrixed environment; demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
