About the Role
Certify conformance to contract agreements and manage procurement, invoicing, inventory, and quality control. Use Microsoft Office suite, SAP, VISTA, Oracle, and the Intellitrack inventory control system. Communicate effectively with FAA site personnel, item managers, field engineers, project managers, coordinators, and vendors regarding parts, vouchers, shipments, audits, and other support needs. Prepare and process FAA orders such as CDLS vouchers, IDIQ BOMs, 4650-12 forms, material requisitions, and bills of lading. Pull, pack, and ship parts, load and unload trucks, and weigh and stage new equipment per IDIQ BOM, tagging items with specifications, serial numbers, and freight labels. Schedule special and same‑day shipments and pickups while maintaining inventory according to minimum/maximum requirements, including barcoding parts, units, and locations. Process purchase requests and calculate cost and selling price. Provide 24/7 on‑call after‑hours support on a rotating basis. What You Bring
Requires a high school diploma from an accredited institution; an associate degree in inventory control or a related field is preferred. Minimum of two years' warehouse experience, preferably in inventory management, receiving, order picking, packaging, shipping, and generating purchase requisitions. Must be able to lift 50 lb, operate a forklift and order picker, possess forklift certification, and complete Hazmat training. A valid NC driver’s license in good standing is required for picking up parts at other facilities or distributors. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Raleigh, NC; relocation is not offered.
