About the Role

The Lean Director, Americas drives Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem‑solving, standard work, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Lean Leaders, the role builds Lean capability and acts as the engine for identifying inefficiencies and fostering a Lean culture. In this strategic leadership position, the director leads regional problem‑solving engagements, cascades corporate goals to individual contributors, and oversees the Lean Business system, governance structures, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms. The role collaborates with the C‑suite and serves as a liaison among executive, regional, and stakeholder groups, while championing continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and mentorship of Lean practitioners. The director focuses on regional initiatives aligned with the global Lean program, implements process‑improvement methodologies, and leads projects that support business strategy. Responsibilities include conducting Lean training, root‑cause analysis, facilitating Obeya rooms, value‑stream mapping, Kaizen workshops, and ensuring action closure. Additionally, the leader mentors project teams, drives standardization, and introduces innovative CI tools across the organization. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, Engineering or a related field and possess 7‑10 years of continuous‑improvement experience, including leading transformation projects with measurable results. Required skills include strong leadership, business acumen, communication, analytical and systems‑thinking abilities, and proven expertise in Lean and Six Sigma coaching and training. Experience in team building, risk management, and effective collaboration is essential.
