About the Role
In this role you will prioritize facilities’ needs and work alongside the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee day‑to‑day property operations. You will ensure that administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered while continuously seeking process improvements and managing supplies and service contracts. You will also help mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning. Additional duties include monitoring health‑and‑safety issues, overseeing the property budget, maintaining petty cash, and ensuring vendor invoice processes comply with standards. Delivering client satisfaction is central to the position; you will handle complex issues, pursue operational improvements, and meet key performance metrics and service level agreements. Routine service audits will be conducted and you will prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients. • Oversee daily property operations, including administration, security, and facility services. • Manage inventory, supply contracts, and vendor invoice compliance. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Monitor budget, petty cash, and health‑and‑safety compliance. • Drive continuous improvement, achieve KPIs and SLAs, and conduct service audits. • Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients. • Lead a team, implement improvement plans, and communicate performance metrics.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, hotel, or building management and has three to five years of facilities‑management experience. Strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client‑centric service, combined with proven team‑leadership, communication, and reporting skills, are required. • Require 3‑5 years of facilities‑management experience with a relevant degree.
