About the Role

You will lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they meet international standards and best practices while providing strategic cost advice across multiple geographies. Your role includes overseeing budget control, delivering financial reporting such as cash‑flow forecasts, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments, and maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. You will manage risks, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and drive continuous improvement in cost management practices.
