About the Role

The Senior Project Coordinator will manage multiple complex fiber construction projects for both small‑business and enterprise clients, including advanced initiatives for Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) and Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) architectures. This role involves coordinating project teams, liaising with vendors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Key duties include establishing collaborative relationships among project groups, removing barriers to project success, and facilitating decision‑making processes. The coordinator provides status updates, maintains the company database, generates custom reports and pivot tables, and serves as the primary point of contact for external vendors and functional consultants. Financial responsibilities cover budget management, purchase‑order creation, variance analysis, and supporting true‑up activities at commercial milestones. • Manage multiple large fiber SMB and enterprise construction projects, including HFC and FTTH architectures. • Establish collaborative relationships across project and constituent groups to promote integrated systems. • Coordinate work of multiple project teams and serve as liaison between project managers and subcontractors. • Identify and remove barriers, facilitate decision‑making, and resolve issues with subcontractors. • Provide timely project status updates and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate levels. • Maintain and update company databases; generate custom reports, pivot tables, and use VLOOKUP functions. • Serve as primary contact with external vendors and functional consultants on strategic and technical matters. • Create vendor purchase orders, manage project budgets, and reconcile variances with approved OOMs. • Research and support project‑manager queries on budgets, quotes, PO issues, and vendor discrepancies. • Analyze project finances, conduct financial true‑ups at commercial milestones, and process vendor check requests.
