About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead an expansion program that will develop multiple new operational sites across key Florida cities, beginning with 4‑6 locations in Tampa and Orlando. The role acts as the central coordination hub for internal teams, real‑estate brokers, site‑selection representatives, engineering and architectural consultants, and local construction services. Responsibilities include aligning stakeholders, driving the procurement and selection of qualified local general contractors, managing contracts through the project lifecycle, and providing owner‑representative services to meet quality, budget, schedule and programme objectives. • Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. • Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. • Ensure application of best practice on all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and other required reports. • Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. • Manage interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Manage flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones and budget. • Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. • Assist in client management to develop excellent working relationships and maximize new opportunities. • Offer strategic advice to project teams to achieve client and business objectives. • Capture key information and learnings from each project for knowledge management. • Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field. • Strong organizational and management skills with collaborative teamwork ability. • Effective presentation and communication skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
