About the Role
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) as a servant leader. • Guide and coach the development team and product owner in adopting Agile best practices. • Remove impediments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain workflow. • Partner with the product owner to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog. • Assist in sprint estimation, planning, and monitor sprint progress against goals. • Track and report key project metrics such as velocity and burndown to stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively. • Mentor the team to become self‑organized, cross‑functional, and foster continuous learning. • Promote effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic development team in Bangalore. The role focuses on facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality software solutions. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Possess 5‑10 years of software development experience, including 3‑5 years as a Scrum Master. • Demonstrate proven expertise in agile methodologies and a strong technical background. • Preferred certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
