About the Role
The Road Mechanic role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and advanced repairs performed at customer locations to minimize downtime. Technicians work on a diverse fleet that may include aerial work platforms, construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil‑ and gas‑related equipment. Safety is paramount, and repairs are executed in the most effective manner possible. • Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • Provide own mechanic tools of trade as needed

What You Bring
This position demands physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more, with work occurring both indoors and outdoors as required. The environment is fast‑paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high safety standards. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired • 1–2 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment preferred • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
