About the Role

• Assist pursuit teams with persuasive proposal and interview materials. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status updates. • File proposal and presentation materials after submission. • Support client relationship management and financial systems for reporting dashboards. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Coordinate professional photography for projects. • Contribute to annual and long‑term strategic planning and growth initiatives. • Implement client plans and market‑share strategies as assigned. • Gather formal client feedback and administer go/no‑go decisions per HDR’s Matrix of Authority. • Execute content‑marketing, digital, and social media campaigns to strengthen HDR’s brand and thought leadership. • Create and publish marketing collateral and engaging digital content. • Manage conference sponsorship deliverables and benefits. • Develop internal communications such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars. • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual. • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruiting. • Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices. • Represent HDR in professional organizations (e.g., SMPS, WTS).

What You Bring

Success in this role requires thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, meticulous attention to detail, strong prioritization and time‑management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision. A strong spirit of teamwork and excellent collaborative interpersonal skills are also essential. • Articulate HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages. • Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism or equivalent. • 5 years of document layout and production experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self‑starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight. • Deep knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement processes. • Ability and willingness to travel and engage in‑person. • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
