About the Role

The primary responsibility is to safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes. Drivers must follow OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards while keeping it clean and safe. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and promptly report any issues. • Notify Operations Manager or Dispatch of unsafe situations, service calls, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage. • Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe conditions. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow assigned route schedules. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Dump containers, leave the site clean, and position containers correctly on customer property. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Check‑in and finalize documentation at the end of each route.

What You Bring

• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) and be at least 18 years old. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record. • No prior experience or formal education is required.
