About the Role

The role supports the strategic goals and daily operations of the Events team, overseeing the planning and execution of both internal and external Brookfield events, whether in‑person or virtual. The incumbent creates and manages event invitations on Cvent, generates registration reports, and prepares pre‑ and post‑event documentation such as briefing memos and post‑mortems. For external conferences, responsibilities cover strategy support, database management, sponsorship coordination, speaker preparation, and post‑event reconciliation. Additionally, the role assists in executing three flagship investor conferences for roughly 500 participants, managing materials, signage, hotel blocks, guest logistics, and on‑site operations. • Coordinate venues, catering, AV, registration, and on‑site support for both internal and external events. • Create and manage event invitations, registration data, and reporting using Cvent. • Maintain and update the external conferences database while overseeing sponsorship logistics. • Lead post‑event activities, including surveys, budget reconciliation, and performance reporting. • Execute flagship investor conferences for up to 500 attendees, handling materials, signage, and guest services. • Research and secure additional venues for receptions, dinners, and transportation needs. • Reserve hotel room blocks, manage guest lists, and ensure seamless accommodation logistics. • Produce briefing memos, post‑mortems, and other pre‑ and post‑event documentation.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, along with three to five years of relevant professional experience. They must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and event‑management software such as Cvent. A collaborative, self‑motivated attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed are essential. • Apply 3–5 years of event or marketing experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and event‑management software (Cvent) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000, supplemented by a short‑term cash bonus tied to performance.
