About the Role
You will carry out neighbourhood management by completing resident visits, viewings and sign‑up appointments, while identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti‑social behaviour. Collaboration with centrally based teams, external agencies and local residents is essential to maintain clean and safe neighbourhoods. The role involves developing and delivering neighbourhood plans, local offers and community activities, working closely with resident groups to improve local facilities, events and services. You will take ownership of ensuring estates are tidy, free from health and safety risks, and will report fly‑tipping and monitor grounds maintenance. • Manage neighbourhood properties across Cambridgeshire • Conduct resident visits, viewings and sign‑up appointments • Identify and investigate tenancy breaches and anti‑social behaviour • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and residents • Ensure estates are clean, safe and meet health‑and‑safety standards • Develop neighbourhood plans, local offers and community events • Report fly‑tipping and monitor grounds maintenance • Travel regularly across the local region

What You Bring
Regular travel across the Cambridgeshire region will be required, and the position combines office‑based work with home‑based duties under a hybrid model. Successful candidates must obtain a Basic Criminal Record Check and be prepared to work both on‑site and remotely as needed.
