About the Role

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and is entry‑level; prior MIG welding experience is required, while experience with mechanical part assembly is a plus. Candidates must be able to interpret verbal and written directions, read technical drawings, and work effectively in a team environment, using basic measuring tools and power shop equipment. • Prior MIG welding experience. • Mechanical part assembly experience (preferred). • Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Dependable, punctual, able to work independently or in a team.
