About the Role
The Service Technician I supports basic customer and warranty repairs, records parts and material information, assists with preventive‑maintenance inspections, and helps inspect new construction equipment from manufacturers. Additional duties include installing Salesman kits, inspecting trade‑in units, diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and gasoline engine systems, selecting parts for estimates, and using diagnostic tools and laptops. • Support basic customer and warranty repairs with documentation. • Record parts, materials, and repair procedures. • Assist with preventive‑maintenance inspections and repairs. • Perform inspections on new construction equipment from manufacturers. • Install Salesman kits on new and used equipment. • Inspect trade‑in units to prepare them for sale. • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and gasoline engine systems. • Select parts needed for estimates and repairs. • Use diagnostic tools and laptops to identify issues.

What You Bring
