About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, requiring daily onsite presence, prospect qualification, lease execution, and assistance with resident retention programs. • Show, tour, qualify, and lease prospective residents; complete all pre‑move‑in paperwork. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints and service requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Assist in developing resident programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support office and common‑area upkeep, including cleaning and model unit preparation. • Implement annual marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and report weekly market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
