About the Role
Put your licensed trade skills to work on high‑impact projects as a Journeyman or Master Journeyman. In this role you will lead and perform specialized work across plumbing, piping, electrical, sheet metal, ironwork, and welding while overseeing crew productivity, meeting deadlines, and supporting all construction phases from layout to quality inspections. The position offers a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment that values craftsmanship, leadership, and accountability. The role includes the full range of journeyman‑level duties for plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding in construction, finishing, and repair of buildings. Employees are expected to maintain clean work areas, follow building codes, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Perform trade‑specific tasks on construction sites, including layout and material takeoffs. • Oversee crew productivity and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Conduct planned maintenance, equipment start‑up, and associated documentation. • Execute quality‑control inspections and troubleshoot technical issues. • Apply knowledge of building codes, safety policies, and maintain a clean work area.

What You Bring
• Hold a Journeyman or Master License in the relevant trade. • Possess a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. • Demonstrate strong physical condition, dexterity, and ability to work in confined, high, or noisy environments. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
