About the Role
The trainee will provide end-to-end support for internal projects and change initiatives, focusing on data collection, reporting, and analysis to enable informed decision-making across the organization. In this position, you will work with a variety of data-focused tasks, including developing visual analytics, delivering reporting solutions for business segments, supporting the evaluation of value-creation initiatives, and handling system change requests as needed. • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports for Global Business Services processes. • Execute business segment reporting projects from start to finish. • Assist in assessing and reporting data for value-creation initiative outcomes. • Process system change requests as assigned. • Utilize Microsoft Office and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting. • Solve complex problems and manage multiple projects with stakeholder updates. • Collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
