About the Role
• Drive demand planning using SAP and established MRP processes • Generate purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules • Ensure accuracy of work order and purchase order data in SAP • Manage inventory levels, including stock, buy‑in, VMI, and MRO, and set reorder points • Implement strategies to improve inventory turnover • Review daily and weekly production plans to confirm material availability • Expedite shipments and adjust programs based on internal customer needs • Communicate delivery status to internal customers and key stakeholders • Identify and proactively resolve past‑due backlog issues • Uphold safety, quality, and trade‑compliance standards • Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects • Act as primary contact for purchasing inquiries for assigned categories

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and brings solid procurement expertise, including familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities are essential, along with careful attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Possess three or more years of procurement experience with proven results • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is a plus • Skilled in inventory control and Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
