About the Role
• Establish overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters). • Ensure line manager awareness of quality, safety, health, and environment issues. • Set up effective project governance, processes, and systems. • Create detailed project plans and oversee planning activities. • Advise on procurement of resources. • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project teams. • Apply performance management techniques and monitor progress. • Manage change control processes. • Monitor and advise on project finances. • Coordinate project information flow between team and client through meetings and written communications. • Prepare formal project progress reports and other documentation. • Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.

What You Bring
• Education: B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil (post‑graduate qualification is a plus). • 8‑10 years of post‑qualification experience in a construction consultancy in India. • Degree in a relevant construction subject with strong technical skills. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
