About the Role
The Camp Logistics Manager will join the Facility Management team and manage all on‑site field construction activities for large projects—typically exceeding five million construction man‑hours or $150 million in installed cost. The role includes construction supervision, field administration, procurement, and field engineering, and requires willingness to relocate to construction sites. The manager reports to the Construction Director and Project Manager, and provides supervision to Construction Superintendents, engineers, and specialists. Internal collaboration spans all project employees, while external contacts include clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Direct overall construction planning, identifying critical milestones and priorities. • Estimate budgets and staffing requirements for defined scope and schedule. • Coordinate subcontractor services and major equipment availability to maximize efficiency. • Assign Construction Superintendents, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions and salary actions. • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedule and budget goals. • Anticipate and resolve scope changes, schedule slippage, and budget overruns. • Ensure critical milestones are met while maintaining quality control and cost efficiency. • Prepare periodic progress reports and formal presentations for management and clients. • Enforce company and client policies, including labor relations procedures. • Serve as primary liaison with client representatives, subcontractors, and government officials. • Maintain strong client and community relations, presenting to local civic organizations.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 15 years of direct experience on large civil, structural, or industrial projects, domestically or abroad, are required. The position demands a broad knowledge of construction processes, proven managerial capability on complex projects, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
