About the Role
The Lead Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments, managing weekly cash requirements, resolving invoice discrepancies, supporting vendor onboarding, and assisting with year‑end tax filings. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and committed to strong internal controls and continuous improvement. • Process and review invoices daily for accuracy, proper coding, and policy compliance. • Manage weekly cash requirements and execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) with approvals and cut‑off schedules. • Analyze, research, and resolve invoicing issues such as pricing, quantity, PO/receipt variances, tax, and terms with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Review and approve new vendor setups, validating tax information and banking details. • Prepare and support year‑end tax filings (Forms 1099/1096) and maintain audit‑ready records. • Perform ad hoc reporting, audit support, and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (associate’s degree considered with 5+ years AP experience). • Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
