About the Role
Our sales professionals focus on relationship building while offering guests the chance to purchase world‑class destinations. This role involves meeting guests face‑to‑face, investing time in rapport, touring the resort and amenities, and inviting them to become part of the Hilton Grand Vacations family. Candidates will work with pre‑screened, appointment‑only buyers rather than generating leads. They are expected to apply HGV selling concepts, promote a collaborative environment, uphold core values and policies, and fulfill reasonable management requests. Key duties include greeting guests and listening to their travel interests to recommend suitable options. Associates present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales volume and qualified leads while maintaining professional and ethical standards. They maintain effective communication with clients through email, telephone, and written correspondence and attend weekly HGV sales training sessions. Additional responsibilities involve supporting a positive team culture and completing other reasonable tasks assigned by management. • Build relationships with guests and present world‑class vacation ownership options. • Conduct face‑to‑face tours of resort amenities and invite guests to join the Hilton Grand Vacations family. • Apply HGV selling concepts and uphold core values and policies. • Greet guests, assess travel interests, and recommend suitable vacation solutions. • Present ownership products to generate sales volume and qualified leads. • Maintain client communication via email, phone, and written correspondence. • Attend weekly HGV sales training sessions. • Carry out reasonable management requests and support a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a valid Florida real‑estate license (preferred) and have prior sales or marketing experience in luxury goods or vacation ownership. A minimum of one year of sales and customer‑service experience with a proven track record is required, along with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The role demands strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to meet compensation goals, fluency in English, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
