About the Role
• Contribute to project strategy development with directors and execute for client. • Manage project cost, schedule, risk, scope; develop charter and execution plan. • Drive development and support of validation master plans. • Coordinate with Operations Readiness teams to ensure smooth project transitions. • Align scope and contractors with schedule and cost objectives. • Organize personnel and resources within office or department. • Implement plans and provide construction cost‑benefit analyses as needed. • Oversee construction implementation and completion; manage operational readiness with owner team. • Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services throughout the project. • Review subcontractor proposals, pricing, and scope details. • Negotiate contracts and manage performance of vendors and consultants. • Audit and validate cost estimates submitted by contractors. • Develop and maintain the master project schedule; track critical path performance. • Guide client and team through design, procurement, and construction phases. • Manage due‑diligence, programming, design, permitting, bidding, procurement, budgeting, and post‑construction services. • Oversee capital‑improvement programs across multiple sites using local resources. • Maintain extensive interaction with client staff and internal stakeholders. • Inform manager/market lead of project issues impacting firm reputation. • Identify and mitigate potential liabilities and risks to protect firm interests. • Assist senior leadership in establishing and refining best‑practice standards.

What You Bring
Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences, Project & Development Services – The Senior Project Manager oversees project setup, implementation, and execution through completion of commissioning and qualification. This role requires extensive experience with cGMP and cGLP capital projects, pharmaceutical construction, and qualification, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to lead and mentor teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field, plus ten or more years of relevant experience. Candidates must have life‑sciences project experience, advanced project‑management skills, a record of client relations and contract negotiations, and strong analytical and communication abilities. Proficiency with architectural/engineering drawings, construction concepts, Microsoft Office, and PDS technology is essential; life‑sciences or high‑tech manufacturing background is strongly preferred. • Demonstrate proficiency with all PDS technology required for projects.

The role provides competitive compensation ranging from $136,000 to $160,000, adjusted for geographic location, experience, collective‑bargaining status, and other eligibility factors, and complies with minimum‑wage requirements.
