About the Role
The Water Servicing Coordinator Team Leader role, requiring a civil engineering degree, involves small to large water‑related projects for private and public clients. The position works closely with the New South Wales water design team and the national Australian Water team, and assists in business development and proposal preparation. • Coordinate water‑on‑water infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, including original applications and design approvals with Sydney Water. • Liaise with developers, multidisciplinary teams and Sydney Water to obtain design approvals and ensure project compliance. • Support business development by preparing proposals under the direction of team leaders. • Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams on complex water, wastewater and stormwater projects. • Provide advisory services to developers on land subdivisions, buildings, roads and rail projects. • Ensure adherence to the firm’s quality assurance and safety processes across all project phases.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is an experienced water engineer eager to grow within a multidisciplinary consultancy that delivers advisory services to developers and operates under rigorous quality‑assurance and safety controls. • Hold a civil engineering degree and Water Servicing accreditation Category C3 or higher. • Demonstrate experience in Sydney Water asset planning and design for wastewater, water and stormwater systems. • Experience with building plan approval stamping, on‑site inspections and WSC delivery works.
