About the Role

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of land development project management experience, a Professional Engineer license, extensive client contacts, strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills, business development and proposal writing experience, excellent communication, mentoring abilities, and a proven record of profitable project delivery. • Communicate openly with partners and team members. • 8+ years experience managing land development projects. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D. • Proven business development skills, including proposal writing and budgeting. • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. • Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and manage resources positively. • Track record of delivering land development projects profitably.
