Job Highlights
About the Role
• Design advanced graphics and multimedia for high‑stakes proposals and statements of qualification. • Partner with proposal and capture managers, contributing to pursuit planning, storyboarding, and meetings. • Create custom presentations, templates, and illustrations for print and digital formats using branded guidelines. • Produce branded graphics, select appropriate imagery, and develop technical illustrations such as charts and diagrams. • Provide technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, and review sessions. • Process feedback, edit graphic elements, and ensure final deliverables meet QA/QC standards. • Contribute to marketing best‑practice groups, share feedback, and adopt new design tools and technologies. • Oversee final document production, packaging, and shipping, handling confidential issues diplomatically.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of graphic design experience; expert in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and collaborative tools. • Preferred qualifications: 6+ years of experience, background in A/E industry, and knowledge of AECOM’s business lines.
