About the Role
You will oversee procurement of goods and services following the standard workflow, creating and transmitting accurate purchase orders and expediting deliveries when required. Inventory levels will be monitored and re‑orders initiated promptly, while procurement data such as supplier details, pricing, and payment terms are kept up‑to‑date in the ERP system. The quality of received goods will be evaluated against specifications, ensuring timely goods receipt notes, and any invoice discrepancies will be resolved to guarantee on‑time payment. Collaboration with project management, technical, logistics, and finance teams will be essential, and any conflicts will be escalated to the team lead or management to maintain progress. • Create and transmit accurate purchase orders to suppliers • Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely reorders • Update procurement data (supplier, price, terms) in the ERP system • Evaluate received goods against specifications and ensure prompt goods receipt notes • Resolve invoice discrepancies and guarantee on‑time payments • Maintain strong supplier relationships and address issues proactively • Collaborate with project management, technical, logistics, and finance teams • Escalate conflicts to team lead or management when necessary • Ensure compliance with supply‑chain processes, integrity guidelines, and IS security policies

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and solid knowledge of ERP and Procure‑to‑Pay processes, with hands‑on experience in the SAP MM module. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary to manage stakeholder expectations. Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking abilities are required, while basic German is considered an advantage. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and hands‑on SAP MM experience • Demonstrate proficiency with ERP/P2P, MS Office, and strong communication/negotiation skills • Fluent in English; basic German is an advantage
