Associate Director, Consulting

About the Role

The role involves implementing Future of Work initiatives, reviewing utilization studies and workstyle survey recommendations, and measuring cost‑saving and value‑added contributions. You will prepare presentations, divisional documentation, monthly reports and project updates that detail budget and schedule risks, opportunities and required decisions. The position also requires understanding workplace standards, analyzing space utilization, seat demand and occupancy levels, and conducting benchmarking and spatial analytics using floor plans and spreadsheets. Additionally, you will analyze divisional attendance, hiring and termination data, perform data quality checks, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with Finance on occupancy charge‑back processes. Preparing occupancy and RE planning dashboards, performing space‑planning studies with CAD, supporting the RE Strategy team, and managing global month‑end charge‑back reporting are also key duties. You will assist in developing migration plans and strategies based on business adjacencies, regulatory and compliance requirements, and participate in project and move coordination meetings. Responsibilities include sequencing relocations, working with Global Space Operators to ensure global consistency, and maintaining up‑to‑date floor layout drawings using CAD. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills, experiences and qualifications to generate insights on how each profile aligns with role requirements. • Implement Future of Work initiatives and analyze utilization studies. • Measure, monitor, and report cost‑saving and value‑added contributions. • Prepare presentations, documentation, monthly reports, and project updates with budget and schedule risk details. • Review workplace standards and provide recommendations on space utilization and occupancy. • Perform benchmarking, tagging, and spatial analytics using floor plans and spreadsheets. • Analyze attendance, hiring, and termination data and generate related reports. • Conduct data quality checks, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with Finance on occupancy charge‑back. • Create occupancy, RE planning, and attendance dashboards. • Perform space‑planning studies and test fits using CAD for new and existing offices. • Support RE Strategy team with data for workplace analysis and evaluation. • Manage global month‑end charge‑back, data cleanup, and reporting. • Develop migration plans and strategies considering business adjacencies and compliance. • Coordinate project and move meetings, sequencing relocations and ensuring global consistency. • Maintain and update floor layout drawings using CAD.
