About the Role
New hires will complete JLL University, a 13‑week training and networking program, then assist senior brokers in business‑development activities, proposal preparation, client‑material creation, and transaction support. The position also involves market research, financial‑model analysis, and maintaining prospect contacts. • Support senior brokers with lead generation (cold calls, emails) • Prepare property summary books and business presentations • Develop client materials such as lease comps and market overviews • Shadow senior brokers in negotiations and transaction documentation • Provide market and industry insights to clients • Conduct local market research and produce market decks

What You Bring
Candidates should have 1–4+ years of commercial real‑estate or B2B sales experience, a proven record of business development, and strong analytical skills. A real‑estate license (within 90 days of hire) and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or a related field are preferred. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
