About the Role
The manager oversees all outside‑plant construction activities—including underground, aerial, and splicing work—in telecom, CATV, and FTTH projects. You will lead a team of managers and shop personnel, ensuring projects meet schedule and budget targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards. • Provide high‑level customer service for escalated issues. • Direct multiple crews, schedule work, and supervise performance and quality. • Review and manage project schedules, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion. • Participate in hiring, maintain employment paperwork, and promote safety. • Prepare and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications; resolve blueprint issues. • Supervise subcontractors, inspect work, and manage related billing. • Attend senior management and customer meetings; contribute to estimating, bidding, and change orders.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 3‑5 years of telecom construction management experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, and hands‑on knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. Strong problem‑solving, customer‑facing, and Microsoft Office skills are required, along with a commitment to safety and long‑term project involvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field). • 3–5 years managing telecom construction projects. • Knowledge of coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Proven safety record and ability to solve complex field problems. • Experience with site management, client and supplier relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project; ability to learn custom software.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes 401(k) match, ESPP, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and various life and disability coverages.
