About the Role
The Services team delivers 24/7 support for hospitals, utilities, data centres and other critical assets, handling UPS, cooling systems, batteries, switchgear, circuit breakers and LV/MV/HV equipment to minimise downtime and maximise reliability. In this hands‑on role you will perform field service tasks, coordinate installations, preventative maintenance and repairs, conduct commissioning and firmware upgrades, provide technical advice to customers, uphold HS&E standards, record service activities and identify new service opportunities. • Perform field service tasks across assigned region, including installations, maintenance and repairs. • Coordinate and execute complex projects with technical team members. • Conduct commissioning, site testing, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting. • Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers. • Ensure compliance with HS&E requirements and internal processes. • Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and manage inventory. • Identify and propose new service opportunities aligned with customer needs.

What You Bring
Service Representatives enjoy a high degree of autonomy, trusted to solve problems independently while receiving support from a network of trained specialists whenever needed. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted electrical licence, a current driver’s licence (vehicle provided), has prior field‑service or maintenance experience, demonstrates strong teamwork and autonomous work skills, a digital mindset, excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, a proven commitment to health, safety and environment, and the right to work in Australia. • Hold an unrestricted Grade Electrical Licence. • Maintain a current driver’s licence (vehicle supplied). • Demonstrated experience in field service or maintenance roles. • Ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously. • Strong technical aptitude and digital mindset. • Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication skills. • Legal right to work in Australia.
