About the Role

• Perform general plant and mine labor, including shoveling stone and cleaning production areas. • Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery with intermediate skill and safety. • Conduct daily pre‑shift and post‑shift equipment inspections and complete required documentation. • Service, maintain, and perform light repairs on equipment and belt lines as directed. • Report equipment problems to management and assist with plant operator duties. • Fill in for other entry‑level production positions during vacations, absences, or increased demand. • Adhere to all company policies, OSHA/MSHA, and environmental regulations for safe work practices. • Maintain safe working conditions and work independently with minimal supervision.
