About the Role
The role focuses on creating and finalizing bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications to achieve market competitiveness and high margins. Responsibilities include developing customer‑specific proposals with technical and commercial elements, coordinating cross‑functional teams, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the tendering process. • Prepare bids, cost estimates, and quotations aligned with customer specifications and budget. • Draft technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender policies and industry standards. • Lead cross‑functional teams (sales, engineering, finance, legal) to gather bid information and drive negotiations to contract signing. • Conduct risk assessments, apply Go‑No‑Go and Risk Review processes, and address client concerns. • Develop and execute bid strategies to maximize win rates while maintaining high margins. • Review all bid documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission. • Ensure adherence to external regulations and internal procedures throughout the bidding process.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and bring at least seven years of experience in substation tendering, with solid knowledge of substations, power‑quality solutions, and offshore wind applications. The position requires strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English, as well as self‑reliance, creativity, problem‑solving ability and a results‑driven attitude. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of substation tendering experience. • Possess strong knowledge of substations, power quality solutions, and offshore wind applications. • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. • Exhibit self‑reliance, creativity, problem‑solving ability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
