About the Role
As a Diesel Mechanic you will service trucks and equipment that support over 20 million customers nationwide, using modern tools on both diesel and, at some locations, CNG fleets. The role involves high‑skill maintenance and the pride of keeping community‑critical vehicles operational. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. • Estimate time and material costs; follow Standard Labor Repair Times. • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls. • Conduct safety checks and document parts usage and repair times. • Assist senior mechanics and address driver vehicle inspection reports. • Maintain a clean, OSHA‑compliant work area. • Perform frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, standing, walking, and grasping.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to meet the physical demands of the job. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical is required. • Minimum 2 years relevant mechanic experience. • Valid driver’s license with clean record. • Must be 18 + years old, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass drug screen and physical. • Work in garage/shop environments and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
