About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide management of the engineering function with accountability for station needs and regulatory compliance. • Manage engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements. • Lead performance and development of engineering staff to achieve high‑quality results. • Provide technical leadership on short‑term and long‑term programs affecting site operations. • Participate in business planning, budgeting, and performance reviews for assigned staff. • Serve as senior resource for NGG‑wide engineering system and process initiatives. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, department coverage, and outage support.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) or related science, or hold a Professional Engineer license. • At least 5 years of engineering experience, including 1 year in a nuclear power plant. • Meet ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 nuclear personnel qualification standards. • Maintain required access credentials and pass required medical examinations. • Professional Engineer registration. • Advanced technical degree (e.g., Master’s) or MBA. • Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
