About the Role

• Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas to quality and productivity standards • Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to housekeeping staff • Report suspicious activity to security • Maintain cleaning cart supplies and equipment in an orderly manner • Secure department assets and supplies in storage neatly • Assist management with accurate linen and supply inventory • Follow all assigned daily projects • Promptly turn in lost and found items • Attend departmental meetings and handle additional duties or special projects as needed • Carry out reasonable requests from management • Work full 8‑hour shifts standing or walking, with reasonable accommodation if required

What You Bring

• Use radios, devices, duress alert button, and key sign‑in/out logging correctly • Speak basic English to greet guests and respond to special requests • Bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb • Possess prior customer service or hospitality experience (advantageous) • Have 6–12 months of previous housekeeper experience (advantageous)
