ECS Limited is seeking an experienced leader to manage its construction materials testing group in West Palm Beach. As the Construction Materials Department Manager, you will oversee CMT operations, field and lab technicians, project deliverables, quality control, and contribute to business growth. • 6–8+ years of engineering experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, field QA, site grading, and supervising materials testing. • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities. • In‑depth knowledge of testing procedures and specifications. • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program (master’s preferred).
