About the Role

The position involves day‑to‑day administrative support, preparation of low‑value quotations, coordination between sales and operations, and management of sales documentation and order files. It also includes order handling, CRM updates, and assisting with supplier and customer portals while adhering to company policies and health & safety standards. • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Service Sales team. • Prepare and issue low‑value quotations following templates and approval limits. • Coordinate service work handover between Sales and Operations, including documentation preparation. • Manage internal sales records, customer files, and order‑related documentation. • Handle order entry, internal approvals, and liaise with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. • Administer supplier and customer portals as needed. • Update CRM and sales tracking tools with accurate data. • Support reporting and preparation of sales/service data for management review. • Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
