About the Role
The Welding Fabricator is responsible for producing welded components according to project specifications while ensuring quality and safety on the job site. • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to cut and weld materials accurately. • Perform welding operations using various power tools while following safety protocols. • Inspect welds to ensure they meet standard acceptance criteria and quality requirements. • Communicate task details and coordinate work with Welding Helpers. • Maintain organization and a safe work environment on the job site. • Participate in free trade training through Lee Company University and access career growth opportunities.

What You Bring
