About the Role

The role is responsible for executing turbine‑generator outage projects to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. It implements standardized outage processes across assigned CECs, enforces procedure use, Human Performance fundamentals, and Technical Human Performance techniques, and provides coaching and mentoring to achieve continuous improvement. Key duties include developing detailed plans, assigning personnel, and defining work scope, as well as creating scope schedules and budgets using the life‑cycle cost management system. The incumbent applies expert knowledge to execute refueling outage services, serves as the primary communication link with client CEC management and major vendors, and directs project completion and financial close‑out documentation. They promote fiscal accountability, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and communicate technical, financial, and progress status to corporate and CEC leadership. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with eight years of power‑generation experience, an associate’s degree with ten years, or a high school diploma/GED with twelve years of experience. They must have demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages and meet minimum access and medical requirements applicable to the position. Preferred qualifications include turbine/generator experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills. These attributes enhance the ability to lead outage projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Required: bachelor's (8 yrs), associate (10 yrs), or high school/GED (12 yrs) in power generation. • Demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages and meet access/medical requirements. • Preferred: turbine/generator experience and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
