About the Role
• Manage and grow geographic sales territories worth $15‑40 million annually. • Develop territory‑specific strategic plans to drive profitable growth. • Achieve revenue targets and KPIs set by the sales director. • Drive sales by collaborating with channel influencers such as architects and general contractors. • Assist customers in executing product and project strategies for commercial building projects. • Collect market intelligence, update CRM, and adjust offers for future projects. • Participate in construction site meetings to resolve warranty or claim issues. • Conduct customer training on systems, products, and selling skills. • Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales‑related issues promptly. • Provide accurate forecasts to supply chain to maintain service levels and capacity. • Analyze regional competitor activities and identify business development opportunities. • Attend industry events and trade shows to build customer relationships. • Maintain organization and thoroughness even under pressure. • Develop and drive project solutions.

What You Bring
