About the Role
The Senior Project Manager (K‑12) serves as the lead for all deliverables on medium to large K‑12 projects or programs. This role oversees the coordination and supervision of the project team, manages scope, cost, and schedule objectives, and ensures effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include defining the technical scope, reviewing cost estimates, maintaining monthly budgets, resolving project‑level conflicts, and delivering regular reports to the client. The manager also drives repeat‑business opportunities and cultivates strong client references through precise administration and coordination. Leadership expectations involve delegating tasks, monitoring team performance against organizational goals, providing clear feedback, and building relationships with peers, direct reports, and senior leaders. Benefits
Candidates must hold a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline and have at least eight years of project‑management experience. Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED. The position offers a base salary range of $150,400 to $210,533 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, disability coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program.
