What You Bring

• Stay current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline. • Adapt quickly to change and understand the whole picture. • Possess advanced understanding of transport applications. • Minimum 3+ years wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline or military equivalent preferred. • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of interconnecting circuits such as T1, T3, and microwave radio. • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy. • Understanding of RF engineering, radio frequency theory, electricity, and electronics. • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. • Creative problem‑solving and innovation. • Basic leadership, task prioritization, and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently or in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail.
