About the Role
Key responsibilities span strategic planning, design management, integration and delivery support, and pre‑operations hand‑over preparation for a diverse portfolio of indoor and outdoor attractions. • Provide subject‑matter expertise for indoor and outdoor attractions and guide executive attraction strategy. • Lead vendor vetting, selection, and packaging processes, including PQQs, RFPs, and evaluation criteria. • Act as technical and operational SME throughout the design cycle, ensuring safety, sustainability, and buildability. • Review design documents for cost efficiency, operational readiness, and alignment with guest experience goals. • Coordinate integration of attractions with project phasing, utilities, and access to avoid program conflicts. • Represent the attractions scope in technical workshops, stakeholder engagements, and progress reviews. • Partner with vendors to develop SOPs, safety protocols, emergency response plans, and training guidelines. • Develop commissioning and testing protocols to ensure safe handover to attraction operators.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a highly qualified Attractions Subject Matter Expert to support the planning, design, and delivery of world‑class attractions for a luxury mountain destination in Saudi Arabia. The role will be part of the Program Management Consultant team and offers flexible, hybrid work with travel to Saudi Arabia and the UAE as needed. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, attractions management, leisure development, or a related field and have at least 18 years of experience designing, delivering, or planning major outdoor attraction assets. Strong familiarity with project‑management processes, vendor tendering, technical evaluation, and executive‑level communication is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with outdoor adventure attractions, themed entertainment, or family entertainment centers, and knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards such as EN 15567, EN 959, ISO 2110, ISO 31000, and ASTM F‑24 series. • Possess minimum 18 years of experience in design, delivery, or operational planning of major outdoor attraction assets. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a high‑paced, hybrid program environment and communicate with C‑suite leaders. • Experience with international design‑and‑build vendors for complex experiential attractions. • Familiarity with safety and quality standards: EN 15567, EN 959, ISO 2110, ISO 31000, ASTM F‑24, F2291‑24, F2376, F2959.
