About the Role
This position partners with all levels of the organization, from individual activity centers to senior executives, to provide finance support and strategic insights. It serves as a key business partner, driving financial results and identifying drivers of variance in forecasts. The role manages and coordinates profit plans, strategic plans, monthly forecasts, actuals reporting, and special projects. It translates financial data into clear insights for IT managers and directors, prepares financial models, assesses ROI, and provides forward‑looking analytics to support the technology roadmap. It also identifies, researches, and comments on variances to forecasts and the full‑year profit plan for corporate functions. The finance business partner formulates business plans with IT leadership, proactively assesses and mitigates key risks, and oversees the profit‑planning process, including the annual plan presented to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The position drives process standardization, implements process improvements and digitalization, and supports ad‑hoc finance projects with fact‑based recommendations. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least five years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including enhanced planning accuracy, financial analysis, modeling, and capital‑expenditure planning. Experience working directly with non‑finance teams, proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office, US GAAP, and familiarity with AI applications such as Co‑Pilot are required; CPA, CFA, or CMA credentials are preferred. Applicants must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Beachwood, OH (military members exempt) and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant finance or accounting experience. • Demonstrated ability to partner with non‑finance teams and influence financial outcomes. • Proficient in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office, US GAAP; experience with AI applications (Co‑Pilot) preferred. • CPA, CFA, or CMA designation preferred. • Reside within 50 mi of Beachwood, OH (military exemption applies) and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
