About the Role
In this senior position the incumbent will manage a regional team, develop business plans, pursue opportunities, and oversee project execution, organizational structures, and processes. As a privately‑owned entity, the company offers ownership opportunities to its key leaders to align performance with recognition. • Build and lead a regional staff while coordinating execution of Market Focus activities and maintaining client satisfaction. • Generate new revenue and expand existing streams by developing networks with architects, PM/CM firms, and general contractors. • Track leads, forecast project pipelines, and create winning strategies and teams for major pursuits. • Keep the team abreast of regional and national market trends and ensure technical excellence in project delivery. • Develop and align the regional practice business plan with the national market plan and coordinate goals across practice areas. • Identify and pursue new high‑margin clients to increase national sales. • Oversee project financials, inter‑office/client reporting, and articulate the firm’s value proposition. • Lead or support integrated services sales presentations and act as an active problem‑solver for project success. • Produce articles, white papers, and present at industry conferences. • Recruit senior staff with market‑specific experience and provide leadership to new direct reports.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience); PE registration required. • 15+ years of relevant market design experience and at least 7 years of management experience. • 7+ years of business development experience in engineering or construction. • Deep knowledge of MEP systems and ability to travel regionally (East Coast) and occasionally internationally. • Strong leadership, communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills; ability to work in fast‑paced, independent or team settings.
