About the Role

The Totaline Sales Representative will drive sales of HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories within assigned territories or store locations. The role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, technicians, and distributors, providing expert product guidance, processing orders, supporting inventory management, and meeting revenue targets. • Promote and sell Totaline HVAC parts and accessories, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while expanding market share. • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, technicians and Carrier dealers, providing product recommendations and technical assistance. • Maintain deep knowledge of Totaline product lines and assist customers with troubleshooting, staying updated on new products and industry trends. • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and invoices accurately, coordinating with warehouse or logistics teams for order fulfillment. • Execute sales promotions, product launches, marketing campaigns and conduct product demos and presentations for clients. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, track competitor pricing and market activities, and provide strategic input to improve performance. • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines and operational standards to ensure compliance and quality of transactions.
