About the Role
As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will drive commercial success within your assigned territory by delivering high‑value energy technology solutions—including equipment, services, and digital offerings—while building strong, trust‑based customer partnerships. You will provide expert guidance across technical product lines, negotiate tailored commercial conditions, and contribute to long‑term growth initiatives aligned with Baker Hughes’ OFSE and IET portfolios. What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of sales experience. • Have at least 3 additional years of sales experience. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. • Ability to influence others and lead small teams. • Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact. • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
